Fleet FAQs
How many vehicles do I need to join?
Three or more. Fleets with three vehicles receive 5% off oil changes, fleets with four or more receive 10%, and every fleet receives 5% off all other services.
How do I sign up?
Complete the online fleet form. We email your Fleet ID, and your drivers present it at the counter.
Which stores accept the Fleet ID?
The Fleet ID is accepted at Jiffy Lube Newton (Surrey), White Rock (South Surrey) and Maple Ridge only.
Do drivers need an appointment?
No. Drivers are welcome any day: Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Do I get records for each vehicle?
Yes. A service report is emailed after every visit so you can track each vehicle.
Is there a contract or fee?
